Clinic volume by diagnosis
Why we measure it - Our sports medicine specialists are experts in treating all types of sports injuries. Problems can range from muscle strains to more severe injuries or conditions that may require surgery. Our pediatric orthopedic surgeons are consistently rated among the Best Doctors in America®.
What this means - Visits to the Sports Medicine Program at Children's Hospital increased across all three diagnoses in 2011 compared with 2010 visits.
About the data - This graph shows the number of outpatient visits to our Milwaukee and Greenfield locations. Although we treat all types of sports injuries and orthopedic conditions, the graph above shows only the top three most common diagnoses that we treat.
