Dance movement therapy

Dance/movement therapy is defined as the psychotherapeutic use of movement to promote emotional, social, cognitive and physical integration of the individual.

Dance/movement therapy sessions enhance the mind-body connection to promote healing. Sessions can be tailored to individual movement abilities.
