Dr. McArthur believes strongly in the importance of a team approach to caring for critically ill children. Providing the best care possible for critically ill children requires not only excellent doctors but also excellent nurses, respiratory therapists, dieticians, physical therapists and most importantly parents all working together with the shared goal of making the child better.
