Registration fees are discounted if registered before April 15.

  • Single-day registration | $210 Thursday and $175 Friday

Cancellation and refund policy
If you cancel your paid registration before May 15, there is a $25 cancellation fee. Registration fees will not be refunded
after May 15.

All health professionals are invited to submit an abstract or work-in-progress for a poster presentation to be held during the symposium. Deadline for submission is March 15. Submissions should be emailed to

Abstract Submission Guidelines:

  • Abstracts of research, quality improvement or evidence-based practice projects related to cardiac neurodevelopmental issues are invited to be submitted for poster presentation.
  • Deadline for submission is March 15, 2015
  • Notification of accepted submissions will be sent April 1, 2015
  • Posters will be printed free of charge at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, delivered and set up at conference if author would like
  • Deadline for final poster submission May 4, 2015
  • Maximum word length – 500 words

Abstracts must include the following:

  • Background / Significance
  • Purpose of the project
  • Sample Description/Population/Setting
  • Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusions/Implications
