Workshops will be offered to conference participants for an additional $10 fee for each workshop. Attendance is very limited for each workshop and registration is required prior to conference; no day of workshop registration.

For those not claiming credit there is no cost to attend.

Medical College of Wisconsin and Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin providers are not required to pay a registration fee to
earn credit.

Cancellation and refund policy
If you need to cancel your paid registration, there is a $25 cancellation fee if you cancel by Feb. 26. No registration fees will be refunded after Feb. 26.
