Provides 24-hour service that includes juvenile crisis, assistance with immediate crisis, help with resolving family conflict, working with support systems, looking at options for safety and facilitating most appropriate placement or service options.

Milwaukee County

(414) 257-7621 – Mobile Urgent Treatment Team (MUTT) (children and adolescents)
Hours: 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday; 1:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday, Sunday and holidays; 24-hour on call telephone support. Responds on site to children, adolescents and their families experiencing a mental health emergency. Crisis stabilization, assessment and links to appropriate follow-up care provided.

A 24-hour service that provides emergency telephone counseling, information and referral for personal, family and social crises. Help with obtaining appropriate follow-up care provided.

(414) 257-7260 – Psychiatric Crisis Service Admission Center (emergency room)
Provides 24-hour-a-day, seven-days-a-week psychiatric emergency services, including assessment, crisis intervention and medications; and the capacity for observation up to 48 hours as needed.

(414) 647-8200 – Teen Crisis Line (ages 11 to17 years old)
A 24-hour service provided by Walker’s Point Youth and Family Center, located at 732 S 21st St., Milwaukee. It is a 24-hour shelter for teens who may stay up to 14 days. Requires voluntary placement and holds up to eight teens with parents’ permission.

Hours: 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday and Sunday
For those who speak Spanish. A peer run, non-crisis support line for individuals with mental health concerns who want to talk. Trained volunteers listen, provide emotional support, help with problem solving and refer calls to additional
resources when appropriate.

Racine County

Also available by phone through the SAIL program 24/7 at number above. Provides a single point of contact to access Racine County Mental Health and Addiction Services, helps with resources, supportive listening, and directs calls to
most appropriate services.
