Children’s Hospital is dedicated to healthy families
At Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, we’re committed to making Wisconsin’s kids, and all of the kids we serve, the healthiest in the country. To achieve this vision, we need your support in the communities we serve. One way to make an immediate impact is by becoming a respite care volunteer.
Child Protection Center
The Children’s Hospital Child Protection Center provides assessments to children who may have been harmed. The goal of the center is to protect children from abuse and provide resources to help them heal. This center is located near the Marquette University campus.
Child Protection Center volunteers must be:
- In the community
- Comfortable supervising children of all, birth to age 18
- Independent and able to take initiative
- Actively engaged with patients in waiting area
- Willing to perform office tasks with little direction
