Endowment giving yields long-term benefits. Gifts to our endowment generate income that continues to support the kids and programs at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin for years to come.
Establishing an endowment gift
Establishing an endowed named fund requires an investment of $25,000 or more.
Your initial gift will be invested in perpetuity, with its income providing a lasting source of support for kids of future generations.
When you create an endowed fund, you establish a partnership between yourself and Children’s. As part of that partnership, you will have the opportunity to visit with physicians, nurses and other professionals working in the area of your funding interest. You also will learn how your fund is used each year and of new developments in patient care, research, advocacy and education in your area of interest.
Funding an endowed chair
Our endowed chair donors are a critical part of the team providing the best care for kids. Endowed chairs allow us to attract and retain the brightest minds in pediatric medicine, with our named physician-scientists holding those chairs at our academic partner, the Medical College of Wisconsin.
