- Exit at Main Avenue (Exit 163A). Turn right.
- Turn slightly to the left to Reid Street (32/G).
- Turn left onto 3rd Street (32/G).
- Turn slight right onto Main Avenue (32/G).
- Turn right onto Webster Avenue.
- Turn Left onto Chicago Street (in De Pere at T intersection).
- Turn right onto Redbird Circle
From North:
Take Hwy. 41 South.
Exit at Hwy. 43 South. Turn right.
Exit at Webster Avenue. Turn right.
Turn left onto Chicago Street (in De Pere at T intersection).
Turn right onto Redbird Circle.
From South/East:
Take Hwy. 43 North to 172 West.
Exit at County Road GV. Turn left.
Turn right onto County Road G.
Follow G. It will turn into Chicago Street.
Turn left on Redbird Circle.
Once at Bellin Health Family Medical Center De Pere East, come inside the doors and check in with the reception desk to your right. The receptionist will notify the doctor's nurse that you are here for your appointment.
