The VCFS Clinic is designed to address the various medical, educational, and psychosocial needs of children and their families with VCFS. The team of experienced specialists include the following areas:
- Speech-language pathology.
- Occupational therapy.
- Physical therapy.
Multiple specialists interact with the child and family during each visit and develop an individualized care plan highlighting progress and recommendations. This care plan allows our specialists to tailor care to the medical needs of the child and their family. A key focus of the clinic is preparing the child for the transition into adulthood by providing the necessary skills like social development, independent living and vocational training.
