Genomic Medicine Clinic
The Genomic Medicine Clinic at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin works in collaboration with the Human and Molecular Genetics Center at the Medical College of Wisconsin. The clinic provides medical evaluations, pre-test education, genome sequencing, result education, and treatment planning to individuals with unidentified complex health problems thought to have genetic causes.

Our Team
Our team of experts, including David Dimmock, MD, David Bick, MD, Gunter Scharer, MD, PhD, and Regan Veith, MS, CGC, were one of the first in the nation to use genome sequencing to diagnose and treat a child for his undiagnosed genetic condition. Click here to learn more about the story.
Our experts recognize genomics as a powerful diagnostic tool and utilize a refined process for education, analysis and reporting results. Drs. Dimmock and Bick also are on staff at Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin allowing them to diagnose and manage pediatric and adult genetic disorders utilizing a patient and family-centered care approach. Both are molecular genetics experts trained in the interpretation of genomic information.

Location
The Genomic Medicine Clinic is located in the Genetics Center on Level 1 of the Curative Care Network building, across the parking lot from Children's Hospital of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.
