2013 Letter of Intent Guidelines

Children's Hospital of Wisconsin's Child Abuse Prevention Fund was established in 1987 to financially support agencies and groups working to prevent child abuse in Wisconsin. The CAP Fund's grant program is designed to support an increase in the number of children who are raised in a secure, healthy and nurturing environment. Since its inception, the Child Abuse Prevention Fund has awarded more than $10.1 million to support community-based prevention initiatives throughout Wisconsin.

As part of a joint funding project, the Child Abuse Prevention Fund and the Wisconsin Children's Trust Fund are partnering to support organizations in providing Awareness to Action's child sexual abuse prevention policy and procedure development training and technical assistance to youth-serving organizations through a contract for service.

Qualified organizations must submit a letter of intent detailing their plan to implement the training and technical assistance. Letters of intent must be received by 4 p.m., Thursday, April 11, 2013.
