Lysosomal Storage Diseases Clinic

Our Lysosomal Storage Diseases (LSD) Clinic follows approximately 100 children and adults with different types of LSDs.  Each patient is evaluated and treated by an experienced team of specialists, from a variety of different areas, including medical geneticists, nurse practitioner and genetic counselors. Our specialists work together to determine the most effective care plan and treatment plan for each patient.

The LSD clinic is also home to the on-site infusion center for patients with LSDs who require IV therapy. This treatment center has been available to our patients for almost 10 years and was the first stand alone genetics-based infusion center in the U.S. If you are interested in receiving IV therapy in our infusion center, contact central scheduling to make an appointment.
