Service Excellence: Children's Service Society of Wisconsin is committed to providing quality care to the children and families we serve. We regularly ask clients to give us feedback on how well we are meeting this goal. Here are some comments from Stevens Point families who recently completed an anonymous survey. "I know my child is difficult to get answers from and lies. Therefore it's hard to work with him. Gretchen is easy to talk to, listens, and tries to work with my child. I enjoy having her and know she does her best with the situation. " "Very Happy!" "Gretchen is Great, she provides structure to these sessions and gives me and my daughter things to think about and try, rather than just letting my daughter ramble on for an hour and nothing gets accomplished." "We have seen great results from the care our daughter has received!!" "I like the people, they're friendly." "Good at helping find things to do."
Practical Advice for Parents: In an effort to provide parents with practical advice and information about their children, Children's Hospital of Wisconsin has produced two books with information about a child's growth and development, nutritional needs, health care needs and the importance of protecting children from injury. These books are now available on-line for easier access. The advice offerend in the books is a compilation of information provided by physicians, nurses, dieaticians, community educators and other health care providers. Please visit our Health Information page to view a wealth of information pertaining to children of all ages. |
