    Service excellence:

Children's Service Society is committed to providing the highest possible care to the children and families we serve.  We regularly ask clients to give us feedback on how well we are meeting this goal. Here are some comments from Burlington families who recently completed an anonymous survey.

"Val is great to work with she has been helping me and my family for the last couple of years."

"I always look forward to each weekly visit, it's nice to come and let everything go and not be judged by what I have to say. Staff is so supportive, and kind, and when I'm in the wrong they tell me in such a nice manner on how to fix it."

"I have seen my son change into making better choices in what he needs to do. The skill I was taught to follow threw has help me understand as a parent what to do for my sons needs.  Thank you."

"Wouldn't know what to do without Val."

"Val has been a joy and life saver with my children. She's doing a great job."
