Patient At Risk Program

The Patient At Risk Program is a collaboration of health care organizations. PAR is designed to develop a culturally sensitive, family-centered methodology in the emergency planning process for a group of children with special needs with significant heart disease and to measure the effectiveness of such a process. The web-based database will allow timely access to emergency medical information.

The goal of PAR is to develop an intuitive and universally accessible system to manage the gathering and dissemination of information regarding children in order to improve emergency care.
