"How good are your doctors and programs?" is a very important question many people ask us. While their reasons may differ, we believe patient families, referring health care providers, insurers and oversight regulators have a right to know what level of care we provide.
On the pages below, we share our statistics in the most frequently requested categories as well as those we find particularly important. In addition, we point out what we're doing to provide the best care. It is our goal that through this honesty we can help our audiences make the best, most informed decisions and further improve quality by learning what is most important to them.
We follow the Institute of Medicine's Six Dimensions of Care to structure our quality improvement efforts. Throughout our quality reports, you will see icons to show which of these dimensions apply to each measure.
