Employees rate Children's Hospital and Health System a top employer

Children's Hospital and Health System employees rated the organization a top employer through surveys conducted by The Business Journal, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and Milwaukee Magazine. Employees cited our special mission to help children and families, the Healthy Steps wellness program and our well-rounded benefit package among the many reasons they enjoy working here.

As a result, The Business Journal consistenly ranks the health system as a Top Workplace. Milwaukee Magazine named it among the "Best Places to Work" in southeastern Wisconsin and the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel named Children's Hospital and Health System a Top Workplace in the large employers category. In addition, MetroParent named Children's Hospital and Health System a "Family-Friendly Workplace."

Children's Hospital and Health System also has earned a Gold Well Workplace Award from the Wellness Councils of America for its proactive employee health and wellness programs.
