Driving directions

From Highway 43:

1. Exit Highway 172 West.
2. Exit onto Webster Avenue (south towards De Pere). Take a left on Webster Avenue.
3. Continue down Webster Avenue until you come to Chicago Street. Turn left on Chicago Street.
4. Continue down past East De Pere High School.  Go through one round-about.
5. Take a right onto Red Bird Circle (right behind the gas station).

From Highway 41:

1. Exit Highway 172 East.
2. Exit onto Webster Avenue (south towards De Pere). Take a right on Webster Avenue (by the Correctional Institute).
3. Continue down Webster Avenue until you come to Chicago Street. Turn left on Chicago Street.
4. Continue down past East De Pere High School.  Go through one round-about.
5. Take a right onto Red Bird Circle (right behind the gas station).

Once at Bellin Health Family Medical Center De Pere East, come inside the doors and check in with the reception desk to your right. The receptionist will notify the doctor's nurse that you are here for your appointment.
