Self-pay payment plans and discounts
Employers and insurance companies are increasing deductibles, copays and coinsurance. Children's Hospital and Health System expects you to pay your portion of our bill. If you are unable to pay your whole balance, please contact the Billing Department at (414) 266-6190 or toll-free at (888) 607-5267. Our billing specialists can help with a payment plan. If you do not have insurance, ask for a Charity Care application or a self-pay discount.

Charity care
Children's Hospital and Health System is committed to providing affordable health care to those most in need. Anyone may apply for our Charity Care Program by calling one of our billing specialists at (414) 266-6190 or toll-free at (888) 607-5267. Charity Care discounts are based on family size, income and household assets.
