Children's Hospital and Health System honored for ethics and integrity

Children's Hospital and Health System was the 2006 runner-up in the charity category of the Better Business Bureau's Torch Awards. A total of twelve Wisconsin businesses and non-profit organizations were honored Wednesday, Oct. 18, by the Wisconsin Better Business Bureau for their ethics and integrity. The businesses and organizations were judged on submissions that showed excellence in ethical practices, service, reputation, honest advertising, peer recognition, management practices and employee training. Winners were selected by 11 experts in business ethics - a group that included university professors, lawyers and business consultants.
