Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Research
Our research team is staffed by dedicated and well-trained individuals who focus on making a family's involvement with research a meaningful and pleasant experience. Our staff is very conscientious of their responsibilities to children and their families during every step of the research process.
Research Team Members
Jennifer Niskala Apps, PhD, is a pediatric neuropsychologist at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. She also is an assistant professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Her research interests include pediatric bipolar disorders and psychosis.
Shane Moisio, MD, is a pediatric psychiatrist at ChildrenÍs Hospital of Wisconsin and an assistant professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
Matthew D. Jandrisevits, PhD, is a psychology fellow at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. His clinical and research interests include pediatric bipolar disorder, behavioral medicine, health psychology and conversion disorder.
Richard P. Barthel, MD, is a child and adolescent psychiatrist at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. He also is an assistant professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
