Following is a list of some of the more commonly seen fetal diagnoses. The Fetal Concerns Program assists families in learning more about their baby's prenatal diagnosis and coordinates care for mom and baby both before and after the baby's birth. Please contact us if you have been given a prenatal diagnosis or you would like more information.

Following is a list of some of the more commonly seen maternal diagnosis that may have an affect on your unborn baby. The Fetal Concerns Program assists families in learning more about the diagnosis prenatally and facilitates in arranging care for mom and baby prenatally as well as after delivery. This is by no means an exhaustive list, so feel free to contact us regarding you and your baby even if you do not see the name of the diagnosis that you have been given for you and/or for your baby.

  • Cytomegalovirus (CMV)
  • Toxoplasmosis
  • Herpes
  • Gestational Diabetes
  • Preeclampsia
  • Preterm Labor
  • TORCH

Following is some general information related to pregnancy.  This is by no means an exhaustive chapter of all issues related to pregnancy so please discuss your questions/concerns with your obstetrician and/or perinatologist.

Following is information about the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).  The Fetal Concerns Program's goal is to assist you in feeling prepared for your child's hospital stay by providing you with information.  Our hope is that the following chapters will facilitate your pursuit to prepare yourselves prior to and during your child's stay.  This is by no means all inclusive of what you will encounter in the NICU.  Please ask the NICU staff any questions you may have regarding your child and the care he/she is receiving.
