David S. Smith, MD, is the medical director of the clinic, assistant professor of Family and Community Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin and program director of St. Michael Hospital Family Practice Residency Program.

Terri Couwenhoven, MS, is the clinic coordinator and health educator. She specializes in developing programs and resources that address health and sexuality issues for people with developmental disabilities. She also supports professionals who care for these individuals and their families. She is the mother of Anna, who has Down syndrome.
