Overview of Cystic Fibrosis, Pulmonary and Tracheostomy/Ventilator Clinics
The Pulmonary Medicine Program, ranked number 19 by U.S. News and World Report, and rated No. 7 in the nation by Parents magazine, includes Wisconsin's only pediatric sleep center accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. It is one of only 25 accredited centers in the country dedicated solely to children.
The pulmonary clinics at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin welcome children with a wide range of breathing and sleep problems. Our staff includes pulmonary and sleep medicine specialists nationally known for their work in pulmonary and sleep disorders.
In conjunction with The Medical College of Wisconsin, pulmonologists at Children's Hospital constantly are conducting research to develop better treatments, enabling them to stay on the cutting edge of the latest therapies. The Pulmonary Medicine Program places special emphasis on cystic fibrosis care and research, and is a nationally accredited cystic fibrosis center.
