The front entrance to the hospital will be closed until 2009 when the construction project is complete.     Helpful Parking Hints: Free parking always is available for patients and families in the lot outside the clinics building or the parking structure. Free valet parking is available from 5:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Mondays through Fridays at the front entrance to the Clinics Building. Several parking spaces in the parking structure, including level 2, have been reserved for families. The entrance during construction is through the parking structure level 2 or Clinics Building.

Driving directions: From Green Bay: Take I-43 South to I-94 West (Madison - Exit 72B). Follow I-94 West (Madison) to U.S. Hwy. 45 (Fond du Lac - Exit 305B). Go north on U.S. Hwy. 45 (Fond du Lac) to Watertown Plank Road (Exit 40). Travel east (right) on Watertown Plank Road to the first stoplight (92nd St.). Follow the signs to the entrance of Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. From Kenosha/Racine: Take I-94 West toward Milwaukee to the I-894 bypass (Madison/Fond du Lac - Exit 316). Follow I-894 North to U.S. Hwy. 45 North. Continue on U.S. 45 North to Watertown Plank Road (Exit 40). Travel east (right) on Watertown Plank Road to the first stoplight (92nd St.). Follow the signs to the entrance of Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. From Beloit: Take I-43 (Rock Freeway) to U.S. Hwy 45/I-894 North. Go north on U.S. Hwy. 45 (Fond du Lac) to Watertown Plank Road (Exit 40). Travel east (right) on Watertown Plank Road to the first stoplight (92nd St.). Follow the signs to the entrance of Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. From Madison: Take I-94 East (Milwaukee) to U.S. Hwy 45 (Fond du Lac - Exit 305B). Exit from the left lane. Go north on U.S. Hwy. 45 (Fond du Lac) to Watertown Plank Road (Exit 40). Travel east (right) on Watertown Plank Road to the first stoplight (92nd St.). Follow the signs to the entrance of Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. From Fox Valley Cities: Take U.S. Hwy 41/45 South to Watertown Plank Road (Exit 40). Travel east (left) on Watertown Plank Road to the first stoplight (92nd St.). Follow the signs to the entrance of Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. From Northern Illinois: Take I-94 West toward Milwaukee to the I-894 bypass (Madison/Fond du Lac - Exit 316). Follow I-894 North to U.S. Hwy. 45 North. Getting to Children's Hospital by bus: Three Milwaukee County Transit System buses (routes #67, #31 and #10) serve the Milwaukee Regional Medical Center campus. Routes #67 and #31 both have two stops near the main entrance to Children's Hospital. Route #10 stops in front of the Eye Institute, about 1/2 block from Children's Hospital and the Emergency Department/Trauma Center. For bus schedule and fare information call (414) 344-6711.
