Children's Family and Community Partnerships

Children's Family and Community Partnerships is a not-for-profit subsidiary of Children's Service Society of Wisconsin. Under contract with the State of Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services, Bureau of Milwaukee Child Welfare, Children's Family and Community Partnerships provides ongoing case management and safety services to children and families in two (of three) child welfare regions in Milwaukee. Children's Family and Community Partnerships is dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of children and families.

Ongoing case managers provide services to children in out-of-home care, advocating for their safety, well-being and timely reunification with birthparents or adoption, if reunification is not possible. Safety services case managers provide intensive in-home services to keep children safe in their homes and prevent out-of-home care placement.
