Clinic Information
The pediatric liver transplant program at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin provides medical care to pediatric patients before and after liver transplantation. Patients are followed closely into adulthood by the transplant team. We focus on family-centered care in our clinic, and our goal is to use a team approach to provide education, support and on-going management of this unique population.
Location
The Liver Transplant Clinic is located in the Gastroenterology Center of Children's Hospital of Wisconsin.
Hours
8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The Liver Transplant Clinic sessions are held weekly on Monday afternoons. In addition to the transplant nurse practitioners and physicians, the transplant pharmacist and liver dietitian also are available to meet the needs of children with liver transplant during transplant clinic. The transplant team is available to see patients for emergent issues during the week.
