Children's Community Health Plan

Children's Community Health Plan (CCHP) is a health maintenance organization (HMO) that covers children and adults eligible for Medicaid or BadgerCare in the Wisconsin counties of Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine and Kenosha.

Dean Health Plan of Madison, Wis., will provide administrative support to the HMO, including claim payment and customer and provider services.

Children's Community Health Plan, owned and managed by Children's Hospital and Health System, is a health maintenance organization dedicated to providing access to the highest quality health care and service to Medicaid and BadgerCare customers.
