Infectious Diseases (414) 456-4122
Overview Infectious Diseases provides inpatient and outpatient diagnosis and treatment to patients referred by primary care physicians or subspecialists for evaluation of fever of unknown origin, possible immune deficiency (congenital or acquired) or chronic or immune infections. To avoid inappropriate consultation or duplicate testing, all those seen as outpatients require physician-to-physician contact before patients can be scheduled. Our specialists are nationally recognized for the care we provide for children and adolescents with HIV, and they are responsible for overseeing the care of all pregnant women infected with HIV in the state of Wisconsin. We also offer advanced diagnosis and care for infectious diseases of any type.
