Children's Specialty Group is governed by a board of directors that includes representatives from Children's Hospital and Health System and Medical College of Wisconsin, the Children's Hospital of Wisconsin pediatrician-in-chief and surgeon-in-chief, eight elected physician members (four surgical and four medical) and two appointed physician members (one surgical and one medical).
There are 13 departments, each with a pediatric physician leader and an administrator, who are responsible for overseeing the recruitment, planning and budgeting, billing and collections and the overall performance of their individual department.
Children's Specialty Group is committed to providing quality multidisciplinary pediatric care to patients and their families.

Marc H. Gorelick, MD, is chief executive officer of Children's Specialty Group, an emergency medicine specialist at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin and a professor of Pediatirc Emergency Medicine and Pediatrics at Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Gorelick joined the specialty group in 2000.

Pat H. Radoszewski, RN, MBA, is the chief operating officer of Children's Specialty Group. She came to the specialty group in 2001 with more than 20 years of experience in health care administration. Pat held various leadership positions at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, including the director of Ambulatory Services and director of Planning and Marketing.
She has a master's degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a bachelor's degree in Nursing from Jacksonville State University in Alabama. Prior to joining CSG she worked as a health care consultant and held health care positions with Aurora Health Care, Grant Medical Center and Vanderbilt Medical Center.

Keith T. Oldham, MD, is the Marie Uihlein Chair in Pediatric Surgery and surgeon-in-chief at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin and a professor of Pediatric Surgery at Medical College of Wisconsin. He came to Children's Hospital of Wisconsin in 1998 from Duke University Medical Center where he was chief of Pediatric Surgery. Dr. Oldham is the author and editor of Surgery of Infants and Children (Scientific Principles and Practice).

Kevin J. Kelly, MD, is interim chair of the department of Pediatrics and interim pediatrician-in-chief at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, a professor of Pediatrics (Allergy/Immunology) and Medicine at Medical College of Wisconsin and a member of Children's Specialty Group. Dr. Kelly joined Children's Hospital of Wisconsin in 1988 and rejoined the specialty group in 2009.

Cinthia S. Christensen, RN, JD, is president and chief operating officer of Children's Hospital of Wisconsin and executive vice president of Children's Hospital and Health System. Cinthia earned a law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School and became director of Legal Services in 1990. She was promoted to corporate vice president and general counsel in 1996. She has also held nursing positions in the hospital's emergency department, pediatric intensive care unit and surgical unit from 1981–1983 and 1984–1986. In addition, she worked as a nurse in Ban Nam Yao refugee camp in Thailand from 1983-1984.
