Children's Specialty Group Leadership
Children's Specialty Group (CSG) is governed by a board of directors that includes representatives from Children's Hospital of Wisconsin and the Medical College of Wisconsin, and the Children's Hospital of Wisconsin pediatrician-in-chief, surgeon-in-chief, eight elected physician members (four surgical and four medical) and two appointed physician members (one surgical and one medical).
There are 13 departments, each with a pediatric physician leader and an administrator, that are responsible for overseeing the recruitment, planning and budgeting, billing and collections and the overall performance of their individual department.
CSG is committed to providing quality multidisciplinary pediatric care to patients and their families.
Marc H. Gorelick, MD, is chief executive officer of Children's Specialty Group, senior associate dean of clinical affairs at the Medical College of Wisconsin and executive vice president at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. He also is an emergency medicine specialist at Children's Hospital and a professor of Pediatirc Emergency Medicine and Pediatrics at the Medical College. Dr. Gorelick joined CSG in 2000. Medical School: Duke University, Durham, N.C. Pat H. Radoszewski, RN, MBA, is the chief operating officer of Children's Specialty Group. She came to the specialty group in 2001 with more than 20 years of experience in health care administration. Pat held various leadership positions at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, including the director of Ambulatory Services and director of Planning and Marketing. Keith T. Oldham, MD, is the Marie Uihlein Chair in Pediatric Surgery and surgeon-in-chief at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin and a professor of Pediatric Surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He came to Children's Hospital of Wisconsin in 1998 from Duke University Medical Center where he was chief of Pediatric Surgery. Dr. Oldham is the author and editor of Surgery of Infants and Children (Scientific Principles and Practice). Medical School: Medical College of Virginia. Robert H. Lane, MD, is chair of the department of Pediatrics and pediatrician-in-chief at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, a professor of Pediatrics (Neonatology) at Medical College of Wisconsin and a member of Children's Specialty Group. Dr. Lane joined Children's Hospital of Wisconsin in 2013. Medical School: Northwester University Feinberg School of Medicine. Surgical Members Marjorie J. Arca, MD, is program director of Surgical Critical Care at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin and an associate professor of Pediatric Surgery at Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Arca joined Children's Specialty Group in 2003. Medical School: University of California-Los Angeles.
Casey M. Calkins, MD, is program director of Surgical Critical Care at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin and an associate professor of Pediatric Surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Calkins joined Children's Specialty Group in 2005.

Charles T. Durkee, MD, is a pediatric urologist at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin and an associate professor of Pediatric Urology and Pediatrics at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Durkee joined Children's Specialty Group in 2001 from his private practice in Milwaukee.

Christensen, RN, JD, is president and chief operating officer of Children's Hospital of Wisconsin and executive vice president of Children's Hospital and Health System. Cinthia earned a law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School and became director of Legal Services in 1990. She was promoted to corporate vice president and general counsel in 1996. She has also held nursing positions in the hospital's emergency department, pediatric intensive care unit and surgical unit from 1981–1983 and 1984–1986. In addition, she worked as a nurse in Ban Nam Yao refugee camp in Thailand from 1983-1984.

She has a master's degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a bachelor's degree in Nursing from Jacksonville State University in Alabama. Prior to joining CSG she worked as a health care consultant and held health care positions with Aurora Health Care, Grant Medical Center and Vanderbilt Medical Center.

David A. Margolis, MD, is medical director of Hematology/Oncology and program director of Bone Marrow Transplant at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin and a professor and chief of Pediatrics (Hematology/Oncology) at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Margolis joined Children's Specialty Group in 1992.
