MILWAUKEE (7/22/2009) - The Harper family has established a fund to assist with medical expenses for David Harper, the 4 year old who was injured in a car fire in Milwaukee on July 19.

Donations can be made at any U.S. Bank location. Checks should be made payable to the David Harper Fund.
