MILWAUKEE (11/7/2007) - Starbucks Coffee Company is partnering with Children's Miracle Network-affiliated hospitals including Children's Hospital of Wisconsin for a holiday give-back campaign Thursday, Nov. 8, through Thursday, Nov. 22. Money raised will provide life-saving pediatric care, education and research for local children.
All Starbucks locations in Wisconsin will participate in the campaign. Starbucks will donate 25 cents to Children's Hospital of Wisconsin from each holiday beverage sold, including seasonal favorites: Gingerbread Latte, Eggnog Latte and Peppermint Mocha.
The new partnership also will raise awareness for the 17 million children treated each year at Children's Miracle Network-affiliated hospitals.
"We are thrilled to partner with Children's Miracle Network by offering our customers a way to support such a worthy cause during the holiday season," said Starbucks Marketing Manager Kelly Mattran. "Now our customers can enjoy a delicious Starbucks holiday beverage, give back to their community and truly share in the holiday spirit."
