MILWAUKEE (2/28/2007) - Children's Hospital of Wisconsin has named Lee Anne Eddy vice president of Ambulatory and Diagnostic Services.
Eddy will oversee Ambulatory Services, Clinical Laboratory, Radiology, Medical Technology and Safety, Herma Heart Center, and Behavioral Health and Neurosciences. She has been with the health system since 1988, most recently serving as director of Ambulatory Services. Her previous positions in the health system include pediatric nurse, patient care supervisor, supervisor of the Surgery Clinics and manager of Ambulatory Services.
Eddy received a bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire and a master's degree in Nursing Administration from Marquette University in Milwaukee.
Eddy lives in Wauwatosa, Wis.
