The Partners in Prevention Resource Directory was created to help Wisconsin residents access community-based family resources. The directory includes child abuse prevention programs such as drop-in care centers, parent hotlines, parent education and home visitation programs. Other resources included address basic needs for families such as food, clothing and shelter.

Resource for grandparents raising grandchildren
The University of Wisconsin Extension has created a fact sheet series, Through the Eyes of a Child: Grandparents Raising Grandchildren. The fact sheets are tailored specifically for grandparents and relatives raising young children from birth to age 8. They are designed to help grandparents learn more about what to expect and where to turn for support. The fact sheets are written from the perspective of the child within these relationships and discuss the topics of understanding children's behaviors, the importance of close relationships and open communication.
