Early Years Home Visitation Outcomes Project (Outcomes Project) is an innovative project unlike other evaluation projects in the home visiting field. The Outcomes Project has pioneered the design and implementation of an outcome measurement framework for Wisconsin's home visitation field. This framework consists of five key outcomes and their related indicators that are based on best practice for the field of home visitation, and are meaningful and measurable across a variety of evidence-based program models.
