We deeply appreciate our grassroots supporters. Volunteers across the state spend their time and energy on events that benefit Children's Hospital of Wisconsin's Child Abuse Prevention Fund, increasing awareness and furthering the positive impact of child abuse prevention efforts.
Are you interested in holding an event to benefit the Child Abuse Prevention Fund? You will find the experience of developing, promoting and holding an event to be a challenging and satisfying experience. All events must meet important guidelines for approval.
Download the CAP Fund Event Guidelines and Proposal Form (PDF). Print the form, fill it out and send it to the special events manager for review. Our special events manager can offer you insight and guidance that will maximize the success of your event.

All events proposed by external groups or organizations must be approved by the Special Events Committee before the organization may announce, publicize or stage an event to raise funds for the Child Abuse Prevention Fund.
The Child Abuse Prevention Fund reserves the right to approve only those events which represent the organization appropriately, forecast acceptable expense/revenue ratios, offer total revenue or an appropriate percentage of net revenue, and are compatible with the mission of the Child Abuse Prevention Fund. The Child Abuse Prevention Fund cannot assume any liability of an event conducted on its behalf.
