The Cancer and Blood Disorders Center at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin provides treatment for infants, children, teens and young adults with cancer and blood disorders. Our program is among the most experienced and largest, specializing in the treatment of children by creating a positive environment of hope and comfort. Our goal is to provide compassionate, comprehensive and cutting edge care to our patients and their families. Some of the cancer and blood disorders that we treat include:

Tyler and Kara Nothem

Tyler and Kara Nothem were both patients at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. Tyler, a non-Hodgkin's lymphoma patient in Children's Hospital's Cancer and Blood Disorders Center, balanced treatment at Children's Hospital with high school and football, and will continue his academics at college in fall 2007.

The team takes a multidisciplinary approach to care with nationally and internationally known physicians, experienced and well-qualified practice nurses, staff nurses, social workers, child life specialists and psychologists. Although each of our programs focus on specialized care, our patients benefit from the open lines of communication between teams to provide personalized care for each and every patient.
