Green Bay Packers’ all-time leading receiver, “Dancing with the Stars” champion and four-time children’s book author Donald Driver made a personal visit to the students at Riverside Elementary School in Fond du Lac, Wis., Friday, May 29, to congratulate them for winning the 2015 Driven to Better Health school challenge.

Hales Corners family travels to Washington, D.C., to advocate for children’s health care

The Lynch family of Hales Corners, Wis., will join 44 other patients and families from children’s hospitals across the country to speak with members of Congress during the Children’s Hospital Association’s Speak Now for Kids Family Advocacy Day on June 14-15. Cailinn Lynch, 7, and her parents, Kelly and Brian, will be among those sharing their story about lifesaving medical care and discussing the importance of federal policies that provide Cailinn, and millions of other children, access to high-quality pediatric care.

Eighteenth Annual Dave & Carole Miracle Marathon raises more than $1.3 million for Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin

Thanks to the generous support of Milwaukee’s Hometown Rock 96.5 WKLH listeners and donors throughout Southeast Wisconsin, The 18th annual Dave & Carole Miracle Marathon for Children’s Hospital raised more than $1.3 million. WKLH broadcast the 36-hour radiothon live from Children’s Hospital May 21-22. The radiothon is Children’s Hospital’s highest grossing fundraiser and has raised more than $22 million since its inception in 1998.
