As All-Star break arrives in Wisconsin, high-school football takes center field on July 18

The 39th annual Wisconsin Football Coaches Association’s All-Star Charity Football Game benefiting Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin takes place at J. J. Keller Field at Titan Stadium on Saturday, July 18. Games are played throughout the day starting with 8-man football at 10 a.m. Division 4-7 teams begin play at 2 p.m. followed by Division 1-3 teams at 6 p.m.
Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin names new chief financial officer

Marc Cadieux has been selected to serve as the chief financial officer for Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. Cadieux, who has been serving in this interim role since January, is responsible for all aspects of Children’s Financial Services operations and will guide the organization’s financial strategies and stewardship.

Each year, nearly 10,000 children are treated in emergency departments and hospitals for injuries related to lawn mowers. These injuries can be devastating, but they are also preventable. Almost all occur while a parent or relative is driving the lawn mower. The Kohl’s Cares Grow Safe & Healthy Program, a partnership of Kohl’s Cares and Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, provides the following safety tips and reminders to help keep children safe from lawn mower injuries.
