On-Line Greeting Cards

Send a greeting card to a patient at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin! Choose your card from the selections below, and add a personalized message if you wish. The patient will receive a printed card containing your message and signed as you specify.

Terms and Conditions:

• Cards are delivered within one business day of receipt. If your request is received outside of business hours or on a weekend, the card will be delivered the next business day.
• Cards cannot be delivered to patients who have been discharged. Please make sure the child will still be a patient here at the time the card will be delivered.
• To ensure delivery, you must know the patient's full name. If you know the patient's room number, that is helpful as well.
• We reserve the right to not place messages on cards if those messages are deemed inappropriate.
• Any information you provide on this page will be used only to contact you if we cannot deliver the card. It will not be used for any other purpose.
